The doctor is attentive, meticulous and friendly.
However, when I tried to access his clinic for post consultation query (regarding a side effect), it was extremely difficult. Made 11 calls on two consecutive days. Spoke to the front desk on 5 occasions, she/they asked to call back at a particular time or promised to call back. The rest of the times the calls went onto the answering machine and rang until they automatically timed out.
